Fuel Your Well-Being by Discovering Your Strengths Character strengths are capacities for thinking, feeling, and behaving; they are positive personality traits that can be developed. The twenty-four strengths measured by the VIA Character Strengths Survey are universal, and everyone expresses all twenty-four in varying degrees. This session will define the difference between Signature Strengths -- those strengths that are core to a person’s identity and values -- and Situational Strengths -- those that a person can draw on when needed but which may require more energy and intentionality. Participants will be encouraged to take the survey prior to the session so they can apply their learning to their own unique strengths character profile. Participants will leave this session with increased awareness of how their strengths affect their well-being and how they can use the awareness of Signature and Situational Strengths to enhance behavior that is in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
