Ready to build a mindfulness meditation practice that sticks? Our monthly membership guides you step-by-step through core mindfulness practices, giving you the tools to integrate them into your daily life.
Start with Grounding to connect to the present moment. Learn the basics with the Intro to Grounding Practice, then dive deeper with guided meditations that range from 10 to 30 minutes. Keep it simple with quick reminders and informal practice ideas you can carry with you throughout the day.
Next, we introduce you to the art of Noting—the practice of noticing what’s happening around you. Through a guided meditation that combines grounding and noting, you’ll enhance your awareness and presence.
Finally, deepen your practice with Noting Feeling Tone, a step that helps you recognize the emotional quality behind your experiences. With guided meditations, you’ll learn to identify how different moments feel and cultivate a more compassionate connection to yourself.
