Note to All Participants:

Although most people find mindfulness-based well-being practices supportive, some experience distress, especially if their practice sessions are long and intense.  Although none of the practices in our programs are long and intense, you are in the best position to know your current level of physical and mental health.  If you are currently under the care of a healthcare professional, please talk with them about your engagement with our programs because mindfulness-based well-being practices may not be recommended or safe under certain medical conditions.  You are responsible for your health and well-being, and Thought Kitchen trusts you to listen to your body and monitor yourself during your practice.
